Rocketown Mission

Rocketown was founded in 1994 by singer/songwriter Michael W. Smith, based on his vision to give teens a positive alternative to the many negative pressures they confront. Michael had a sole purpose in mind: to share Christ’s love with youth through creative programs and mentoring relationships that are culturally relevant and eternally significant.

Rocketown’s influence has impacted Nashville and is recognized throughout the country as an example of a new model for faith-based relational outreach. We are committed to providing positive, constructive programs that allow teens to channel their energy into positive outlets that help them cope with the world outside these walls.
